Project Delivery Draws

The draw process facilitates payment to the subrecipient for administrative expenses, project delivery expenses, and project costs associated with construction work completed.  Administrative and project delivery draw requests are often supported by invoices, timesheets, or deliverables. Project draws are usually supported by an inspector's confirmation and an invoice that the work was performed in accordance with the project's scope.

Project Delivery costs include the following:

  1. Case Management
  2. Preparation of bid documents for construction activities
  3. Procurement of services or goods related to housing activities
  4. Contract preparation related to subcontracted activities associated to housing activities
  5. Technical assistance (including travel costs) associated with a specific housing project
  6. Construction oversight of specific housing units
  7. Record keeping directly related to housing activities
