Draws

The draw process facilitates payment to the subrecipient for administrative expenses, project delivery expenses, and project costs associated with construction work completed.  Administrative and project delivery draw requests are often supported by invoices, timesheets, or deliverables. Project draws are usually supported by an inspector's confirmation and an invoice that the work was performed in accordance with the project's scope.  ​

Project Delivery costs can be attributed directly to housing activities. Project Delivery costs are limited to 10% of the Subrecipient’s contract amount. Administration Draws
Administrative costs are the costs for services that are being completed by the Subrecipient or Grant Administrator that are not specifically linked to housing activities. Administration costs are limited to 2% of the Subrecipient’s contract amount.
