Action Plans and Amendments

The Action Plan identifies the proposed activities for long-term recovery and restoration of infrastructure, housing and planning in areas affected by the disaster. As the state receives additional funding, reallocates funds, or changes activities, amendments to the Action Plan are submitted for HUD approval.

Hurricane Harvey Action Plan: Allocation for $5.024 billion

Hurricane Harvey Action Plan: Allocation for $57.8 million

PROCUREMENT

Subrecipients must procure goods and services using the federal procurement and contract requirements outlined in 2 CFR 200.318 – 200.326 for Hurricane Harvey allocations. These procurement requirements must be followed for reimbursement from the PL 115-31. 115-56, and 115-123 allocations of Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Please note that this applies to subrecipients receiving CDBG-DR funds.
